Tender Description
Municipal Committee Pirmahal invites e-bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for works and related supplies required under annual contracts for 2026-27. The procurement covers lighting, lenses, sound and generator systems, municipal piping, and refreshment items. All works are to be performed for the Municipal Committee Pirmahal in accordance with the specifications, quantities, site requirements, and applicable Punjab PPRA and Local Government rules.
The listed schemes and financial requirements are: Sr. 1, providing and installation of lighting of different watts on rent basis under the annual contract 2026-27, estimated cost **Rs. 10,00,000/-**, CDR **Rs. 50,000/-**; Sr. 2, providing and installation of lenses and related items on rent basis under the annual contract 2026-27, estimated cost **Rs. 15,00,000/-**, CDR **Rs. 75,000/-**; Sr. 3, providing and installation of a sound system and generator on rent basis under the annual contract 2026-27, estimated cost **Rs. 5,00,000/-**, CDR **Rs. 25,000/-**; Sr. 4, providing and fixing of different-size pipes within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Pirmahal, estimated cost **Rs. 15,00,000/-**, CDR **Rs. 75,000/-**; and Sr. 5, provision of refreshment items for Municipal Committee Pirmahal, estimated cost **Rs. 15,00,000/-**, CDR **Rs. 75,000/-**.
Participants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bidders must upload a scanned earnest-money CDR equal to five percent of the relevant estimated bid cost in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Pirmahal. The original CDR must reach the Procurement Office before bid opening. False documents may lead to disqualification and regulatory action.
Complete e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at **https://ep.punjab.gov.pk** by **13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will open the same day at **2:00 PM** at the Procurement Office, Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Pirmahal. Bidders should upload early and confirm portal receipt before the deadline.
