Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids from pre-qualified and registered firms or manufacturers with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOS and FBR for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. Items being procured: - Lineman Safety Boots (2900 Pairs) - Fiber Glass Ladder 32 Feet (300 Nos) - Chain Pulley Block 3 Ton (100 Nos) - Lineman Safety Hat with Torch (1000 Nos) - Safety Helmet (Class E) (300 Nos) - Testing Bench for Single Phase & 3 Phase Energy Meter (1 No) - HT/LT Fault Locator (10 Nos) The items must comply with local and international standards as per sample specifications. The supply includes safety footwear, ladders, pulley blocks, safety hats with torches, helmets, testing benches for energy meters, and fault locators for HT/LT lines. These materials are essential for electrical safety and maintenance operations at various IESCO regional stores. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including FBR and have experience supplying similar electrical safety and mechanical equipment. The tender follows a single stage two envelope basis with earnest money in the form of bid bonds as specified. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0) portal online.
