Lining of Water Channels for Irrigation

The Citrus Research Institute Sargodha invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from interested bidders having valid NTN/STRN, Punjab Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and placed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the project titled Lining of Water Channels for Irrigation during FY 2026-27. The procurement is for the lining of water channels for irrigation, with a total quantity of 1 lot and an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000. Items being procured: - Lining of Water Channels for Irrigation (Qty: 1) The bidding documents include detailed technical specifications and schedule of requirements. These documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope system as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bid Security at 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System in favor of the Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. The completed tender must be delivered electronically before the closing date and time of 13th October 2026 at 11:00 hours. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the committee room of the Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha. Bidders are required to bid for the entire quantity; conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Evaluation and comparison of bids will be carried out as a whole, with no negotiations allowed on prices. The Agriculture Department reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
