Live Stream Media Rights of Domestic Cricket Events from July 2026 to June 2027

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) based in Lahore is procuring the Live Stream Media Rights for Domestic Cricket Events covering the period from July 2026 till June 2027. This procurement invites experienced and suitable parties to submit sealed bids for exclusive live streaming media rights, ensuring comprehensive coverage of domestic cricket matches across Pakistan. The scope includes the rights to live stream all domestic cricket events organized by PCB during the specified period. Interested bidders must have proven experience in media rights management, live streaming technology, and broadcasting services. The procurement requires bidders to submit both technical and financial proposals, demonstrating their capability to deliver high-quality live streaming services. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and ATL status, along with relevant experience in sports media rights or broadcasting. The tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the Senior Manager, Broadcast and Production at PCB, Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, during working hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pakistan Standard Time (PST) by or before July 13, 2026, upon written request from an authorized representative. Sealed proposals must reach the PCB office by 11:00 A.M. PST on July 15, 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 p.m. at the National Cricket Academy, Lahore. PCB reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage and reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance.
