Tender for Loading and Carriage/Transportation of Rock Salt from Makrach Mine No. 60 at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach

Items being procured: - Loading and transportation of good quality rock salt (excluding boulders/lumpy size and fines locally called 'soor') from Makrach Mine No. 60 to Makrach Bhelowal Depot including loading and unloading, quantity 1800 metric tons annually, distance 16 KM - Loading and transportation of good quality rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 60 to Makrach Weighbridge including loading and unloading, quantity 800 metric tons annually, distance 6 KM - Loading and transportation of good quality rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 60 to M/s. LCI Khewra (Direct) including loading and unloading, quantity 1800 metric tons annually, distance 36 KM The scope includes ensuring the quality of rock salt transported meets prescribed standards without mixing of fines or boulders. The services cover loading, transportation, and unloading at specified locations. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The contract requires compliance with eligibility criteria including valid CNIC/NICOP, FBR registration, Punjab PRA registration, experience certificates, and financial soundness proof.
