Framework Agreement for Local Purchase of Medicines from Chemists/Pharmacies for WAPDA Hospital Mangla 2026-27

WAPDA Hospital Mangla is seeking prequalification applications from local chemists and pharmacies for the supply of medicines on a daily basis through green slips for the Financial Year 2026-27. The department intends to enter into a framework agreement with selected bidders, who will be responsible for providing medicines as per the hospital's requirements. This prequalification is open to all local applicants who meet the eligibility criteria, including holding a valid Drug Sale License registered with FBR and EPADS, and possessing active NTN and STN for the supply of medicines. Items being procured: - Supply of medicines (local purchase) to WAPDA Hospital Mangla on green slips for FY 2026-27 The contract will be valid for one year and may be extended for another year based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The estimated budget for the year is Rs. 7,774,000. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 1,55,480 (2% of the total budget) in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, CDR, or Performance Guarantee cheque. Additionally, a performance guarantee cheque of 5% of the estimated budget (Rs. 3,88,700) on E-Stamp for the framework agreement must be attached with the bidding documents as a hard copy. Applicants must not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or private organization. Hard copies of the bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 500 to the designated HBL account. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS version 2.0 by 12.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with a manual copy also submitted to the office of the undersigned. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at WAPDA Hospital Mangla.
