The tender specifically calls for prequalification and registration of vendors who can supply medicines and surgical disposables efficiently through the online Punjab ITB portal. The procurement will be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and compliance. Earnest money in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft, or pay order amounting to Rs. 50,000 is required, and bid security must come from company official accounts only.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-procurement and PPRA websites. Firms must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority for e-procurement and submit all documents through the e-procurement portal. The single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be applied. The deadline for submission is 8th August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in supplying medicines and surgical disposables to healthcare institutions.
