Tender Description
The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) in Lahore invites qualified vendors and firms to participate in the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for Blood Culture Cartridge Based Multiples PCR Testing Reagent Rental. This tender is aimed at ensuring the availability of advanced diagnostic reagents and related services to support clinical testing at PKLI&RC.

The scope includes provision of high-quality reagents compatible with blood culture cartridges, installation and commissioning of the testing system, and ongoing maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and comply with PPRA-2014 bidding procedures. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 1,470,000 must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portals.
Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain department conference room. The bid submission deadline is 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System; hard copies are not required.
For further information, bidders may contact the Supply Chain department at PKLI&RC during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening.
