Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items for THQ Hospital Mankera

THQ Hospital Mankera invites sealed bids from reputed firms/agencies with a financially sound background involved in running institutional pharmacy business or chain of pharmacies. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and concerns the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items for THQ LP with a budget of **PKR 10 million**. Items being procured: - Medicines & Surgical Disposable Items (Day to Day 15%) for THQ LP Separate bids will be accepted for medicines based on maximum discount from retail price and rate per unit, excluding surgical/disposable items. The categories include Multinational Manufacturer, National Manufacturer, and Surgical/Disposables (discount on market rates as per letter No. DG/DDCP/2026/700 dated 10th July 2026). Bidders must submit e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) before the closing date of **15-10-2026** at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Mankera. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of original CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned is mandatory.
