Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for Hospital and Sehat Sahulat Program, QAHMC Nowshera

The Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera invites sealed bids under rule 6 (2) (a) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables. This procurement is aimed at supporting the hospital, Zakat, and Bait-Ul-Mal patients as well as the Sehat Sahulat Program beneficiaries in Nowshera. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Hospital, Zakat & Bait-Ul-Mal Patients QAHMC, Nowshera - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Sehat Sahulat Program, Patients QAHMC, Nowshera The procurement will be conducted under a framework contract for one year. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, chemists, or druggists with valid drug licenses and registered with the Income / Sales tax authorities as reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The bid security required for each lot is PKR 500,000. Technical and financial bids will be submitted through the e-procurement system (EPADS) by 15-10-2026 till 11:00 AM PST, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted to the hospital office before the closing date and time. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. This tender is a valuable opportunity for suppliers with relevant PEC categories and FBR registration to supply essential medicines and surgical disposables to a major medical teaching institution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
