The Medical Superintendent of Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital Category-C / THQ Hospital located in Takht Bhai, Mardan, invites bids for the financial year 2026-2027. Additionally, lease/license contracts for car parking and canteen facilities on hospital premises are included. Medical gases and oxygen cylinder filling services are also required. Bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal and comply with FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) requirements. For car parking and canteen packages, additional trade/business registration and KPRA registration are mandatory. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per specified amounts for each package.
