Tender Description
This tender invites Expressions of Interest for the development of a Low-BTU Gas-Based Urea Fertilizer Plant in Quetta, Balochistan, issued by the Balochistan Board of Investment & Trade (BBoIT). The project falls under Construction & Civil Works Materials and Agricultural Inputs & Equipment categories.
The project focuses on utilizing Balochistan's indigenous Low-BTU gas resources to establish a urea fertilizer manufacturing plant. The scope includes development of an integrated ammonia-urea production complex, associated utilities, storage, handling, and logistics infrastructure, all compliant with international HSE and ESG standards.
