Tender Description
This tender invites Expressions of Interest for the development of a Low-BTU Gas-Based Urea Fertilizer Plant in Quetta, Balochistan, issued by the Balochistan Board of Investment & Trade (BBoIT). The project focuses on utilizing Balochistan's indigenous Low-BTU gas resources to establish a urea fertilizer manufacturing plant. The scope includes development of an integrated ammonia-urea production complex, associated utilities, storage, handling, and logistics infrastructure, all compliant with international HSE and ESG standards. The submission deadline is set for 20th March 2026, with both hard copy and electronic submissions accepted. Bidders should address their submissions to the Balochistan Board of Investment & Trade at Office #A-2, Chaman Housing Scheme Airport Road, Quetta.
