Procurement of Fish Broodstock by Program Management Unit Accelerated Action Plan for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh Fisheries Sector Karachi

The Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh Fisheries Sector Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of fish broodstock for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting fisheries sector initiatives to improve nutrition and reduce stunting in Sindh, specifically in Karachi. Items being procured: - Fish Broodstock Bidders must purchase a complete set of bidding documents and scope from the PMU office located at Bungalow # C-6, Block-F, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 via Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Program Coordinator, Accelerated Action Plan for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh (Fisheries Sector). The firm/contractor/company must have valid registration with Income Tax/GST (FBR) and furnish a security of 5% of the total bid amount in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Program Coordinator. The bidding will follow a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure, requiring one sealed envelope containing both technical and financial proposals, signed by an authorized person. The supply of fish broodstock will be delivered to designated sites and must be completed within the schedule of requirements or supply order. Blacklisted or defaulter firms are not eligible to participate. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Taxes and liabilities will be deducted as per government policy. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Key dates include the last date for issuance of tender documents on 05-10-2026 during office hours, and the last date for submission of bids on 06-10-2026 before 12:00 noon. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on 06-10-2026 at 12:30 pm at the PMU office. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification.
