Procurement of LT Spool Insulators for Multan Electric Power Company

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites bids for the procurement of LT Spool Insulators to be delivered at MEPCO Regional Stores located in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G. Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid prototype approval if applicable, and demonstrate satisfactory supply records with MEPCO or other DISCOs. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required upon award. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by the Chief Engineer (M.I) Lahore or authorized representatives along with MEPCO officials. Visual inspection and acceptance at regional stores will precede issuance of Goods Receipt Note (GRN). The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements including bid validity of 75 days and fixed pricing. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, compliance with technical specifications, no blacklisting, and submission of all required certificates and declarations.
