Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) in Lahore is procuring LT Type CT Operated AMI Smart Energy Meters under Tender No 4369 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement involves supply of 1200 units of unidirectional but programmable for bi-directional use smart energy meters with PTA compliance and 4G/3G communication modules. The meters must meet NTDC Design & Specification Nos. DDS-50:2007, 98:2011, 110:2012 (all amended to date) and include features such as a minimum 2000mAh backup battery with super capacitor support, PITC-UDIL compliant MDC driver software, and security measures against unauthorized access and tampering.
The technical scope includes delivery to multiple regional stores in Lahore with a delivery period of 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order.
