Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids for the Maintenance of CT Scan Machine (Alexion-16 Slice) located at HIT Hospital Taxila Cantt, Punjab. This tender is specifically for the yearly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) contract as per the maintenance schedule. The tender number is MS/IT-7962/26-27/Hosp/FOR-B/SCMD dated 14 July 2026, with bid submission deadline on 12 August 2026 at 10:30 hours and bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day.

Eligibility criteria include valid NTN certificates, registration with HIT, government or semi-government organizations, and compliance with DPP&I-35 regulations. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting or default status. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. The tender follows a two-envelope system with separate technical and financial proposals.
