Tender Description
The O&M Distribution department of Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) invites bids for the maintenance of the distribution system specifically for the Okara Circle in Punjab. This procurement is part of the financial year 2026-27 operations and aims to enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the electricity distribution network. The scope includes replacement and repair works to ensure uninterrupted power supply and safety for staff, public, and equipment.

The technical scope covers replacement of deteriorated conductors, HT/LT jumpers, distribution transformers, bus bars, broken disc and pin insulators, X-arms, mid-spanning, setting right of tilted poles and structures, installation of insulated conductors, replacement of dropout cutouts (D-sets), and tree trimming. The work will be supervised by the Superintendent Engineer of each operation circle and executed under strict safety and quality standards as per WAPDA/LESCO design instructions. The contract duration is 120 days with daily shutdowns of 8 hours per feeder. The contractor will deploy skilled line staff organized in teams to complete maintenance on multiple feeders daily.
Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C6 or above and technical category EE-04 or EE-05, active taxpayer status with FBR and PRA, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **July 29, 2026 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions are not accepted.
