Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT Distribution Network under Multiple Operation Circles

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for maintenance works of its HT/LT distribution network across multiple operation circles in Lahore and surrounding areas. This tender is issued by the Chief Engineer (O&M) Distribution LESCO Lahore and covers six distinct operation circles: Northern, Central, Eastern, Okara, Southern, and Kasur. Contractors must be duly licensed and renewed for the financial year 2026-27 or 2025-26 with valid deposit slips as per Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) requirements. Bidders should be familiar with electrical distribution systems and comply with all regulatory standards. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA rules, with evaluation based on percentage above or below basis. Bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and can be downloaded until 11:00 AM on 29.07.2026. Original bid security in acceptable form must be delivered physically by 11:00 AM on the same day to the Chief Executive Officer LESCO Headquarters Lahore, with scanned copies uploaded on E-PADS. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 29.07.2026. Eligible contractors should ensure timely submission of all documents including original CDR/Pay Order as bid security. A 10% performance security will be required from the successful bidder within 14 days in the form of bank guarantee, pay order, or CDR. Insurance guarantees are not accepted as performance security.
