Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT Distribution Network

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for maintenance works of its HT/LT distribution network across multiple operation circles in Lahore. This tender is issued by the Chief Engineer (O&M) Distribution LESCO Lahore and covers six distinct operation circles. Items being procured: - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Northern Operation Circle - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Central Operation Circle - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Eastern Operation Circle - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Okara Operation Circle - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Southern Operation Circle - Maintenance Works of LESCO HT/LT distribution network to be outsourced under Kasur Operation Circle The scope involves comprehensive maintenance of high tension and low tension electrical distribution networks, ensuring reliable power supply and reducing load shedding. Contractors must be licensed and renewed for the financial year 2026-27 or renewed for 2025-26 with a valid deposit slip for 2026-27 by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bidders should prepare their bids on a percentage above or below basis as per PPRA rules. The bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal and can be downloaded until 11:00 AM on 29th July 2026. Original bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted physically by the deadline to the Chief Executive Officer LESCO Headquarters Lahore, along with a scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This tender requires strict adherence to PEC licensing and FBR/ATL registration. A 10% performance security will be required from the successful bidder within 14 days in the form of bank guarantee, pay order, or CDR. Insurance guarantees are not accepted as performance guarantees.
