Tender Description
The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) is inviting sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced contractors for the maintenance and rehabilitation of nine guest rooms at the new extension block of the CPSP Regional Center in Lahore. This procurement is specifically for contractors with expertise in office or educational building maintenance and rehabilitation.
The technical scope includes comprehensive maintenance and rehabilitation works for nine guest rooms, ensuring quality and durability in the renovation process. Contractors are expected to have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and must provide a detailed company profile, legal status documents, and a track record of similar projects including cost, location, and completion time. Financial stability is crucial, requiring audited balance sheets for the last three years and a bank credit-line certificate. Tax compliance with valid FBR registration, NTN, and up-to-date income tax clearance is mandatory. Additionally, professional licensing with PEC or PCATP as a consultant is required.
The submission deadline is set for 20th July 2026 by 10:00 AM, with bids to be opened on the same day. Bidders must submit their technical proposals along with earnest money amounting to 2% of the bid value, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The submission must be made directly to the Projects Department at CPSP Regional Center Lahore, located next to INMOL Hospital, Block D, New Muslim Town Lahore. Interested firms can acquire the Terms of Reference (TORs) from CPSP HQ Karachi or the Lahore Regional Center upon written request by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Bank Draft.
