Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Khairpur for the maintenance and rehabilitation of Government Degree College Hingorja under the 2025-26 M&R Programme. The College Education Works Division Sukkur requires experienced firms registered with PEC in category C-6 or above to undertake civil works including plastering, brickwork, concrete, sanitary fittings, and painting. The site is located in Khairpur, Sindh, and the project demands adherence to technical specifications and timely completion within 2 months.
The scope covers removal and replacement of cement plaster, brickwork, reinforced concrete, sanitary fittings, and painting works. Contractors must demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost, provide evidence of completed and ongoing similar projects, and have adequate machinery and qualified technical staff. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26 and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List. The tender follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. The bid validity period is 90 days, and performance security of 5% will be required upon award.
Submission deadline is 20th April 2026 at 10:00 AM with technical bids opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Sukkur. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The office is located near Shikarpur Phatak, Golimar Road, Sukkur.
