Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Khairpur for maintenance and rehabilitation works at Mars Government Girls Degree College Khuhra under the College Education Works Division Sukkur. The scope includes removal and replacement of cement plaster, fixing of GI frames for doors and windows, laying of glazed tiles, and sanitary fittings installation. The project demands skilled workmanship and use of quality materials to ensure durability and compliance with engineering standards. The site is located in Khairpur district, Sindh, requiring contractors to manage logistics and site conditions effectively.
Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the financial year 2025-26 and demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost. They should provide evidence of completed and ongoing works, technical staff qualifications, and machinery availability. Compliance with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) active taxpayer list (ATL) status is mandatory. The tender follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope procurement method with a bid security of 5% and a bid validity of 90 days.
Submission deadline is 20th April 2026 at 10:00 AM with technical bids opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Sukkur. The tender fee is PKR 3000. Performance security of 5% will be recovered from running bills.
