Maintenance and Renovation of Rooms 706-710 at 7th Floor Sindh Secretariat Building No-I Karachi

The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for the maintenance and renovation of rooms numbered 706, 707, 708, 709, and 710 located on the 7th floor of Sindh Secretariat Building No-I Karachi. Items being procured: - Dismantling glazed or encaustic tiles (614 Sft) - Scraping and painting walls with oil bound distemper (538.5 Sft) - Painting with matt finish paint (538.5 Sft) - Providing and fixing door closer (1 No) - Providing and fixing false ceiling (576 Sft) - Wooden wall paneling (673 Sft) - Deodar wood gola for wall paneling (50 Sft) - Floor tiles laying (626 Sft) - Double roller type blinds (42 Sft) - Wooden cabinet with shutter and shelves (18 Sft) - French polishing of doors, windows, ventilators, stair floor (673 Sft) - Door lock heavy pattern with triplicate key (1 No) The technical scope covers all civil works and finishing including approved quality materials and workmanship as per the specifications and drawings provided by the Engineer-in-charge. The site is located at Sindh Secretariat Karachi, and the contractor is responsible for arranging water and ensuring compliance with all contract conditions. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for relevant categories, NTN and FBR registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the bid value. The bid security will be converted into performance guarantee upon award. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement with no mobilization advance allowed.
