Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-2027 at GGPS Barraige Colony Sujawal

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders on Composite Schedule of Rate 1 (CSR) 2024 from interested contractors/firms for the Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-2027 at GGPS Barraige Colony, Taluka & District Sujawal. Original bid security, tender fees, and other relevant documents must be physically submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Technical evaluation requires a minimum 70% score based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capacity, and other criteria. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, payable via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per work payable via pay order. The contract period is 4 months with a defect liability period of 90 days. Liquidated damages are 0.05% per day of contract price.
