Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Works at Sindh Secretariat Old Barracks Block 4(B) Karachi

The Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No: II, Karachi is procuring maintenance and repair services for electrical works at the Sindh Secretariat Old Barracks Block 4(B) located in Karachi. This tender covers day-to-day compliant electrical work including providing and fixing circuit breakers, wiring for light and plug points, laying PVC insulated copper conductors in conduits, and installation of electric bracket fans and LED lighting fixtures. The technical scope includes both scheduled and non-scheduled items such as circuit breakers of various amperages, wiring with PVC insulated wires in surface channels, laying of main and sub-main copper conductors in PVC conduits recessed in walls or on surface, and fixing of LED tube lights, ceiling fans, LED downlights, and servicing of split air conditioners of different capacities.
