Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring maintenance and repair works including electrification at Government Boys Primary Schools Qaly Bux Ladhani and Ali Sher Gopang in Taluka Mirokhan, Sindh. This tender covers electrical wiring, installation of circuit breakers, ceiling fans, plug points, and other related electrical works at these school sites.
The technical scope includes wiring with PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing brass battern holders, bakelite ceiling roses, circuit breakers of various amperages, one-way switches, plug sockets, and installation of 56-inch AC electric ceiling fans. The work is to be executed on site with adherence to specifications and standards as per the bidding documents. The contract duration is 15 months from the date of commencement.
Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration, Electric Inspectorate License for the concerned region, and relevant experience in similar works executed in the last five years. PEC registration and an average annual financial turnover not less than the estimated cost are required. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished. The tender follows the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure.
The tender was published on 7th May 2025, with bid submission deadline on 14th May 2025 at 23:59:59. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Electrical Division, near High Court Building, CMC Road, Larkano. The bid opening will be held at the same venue as notified.
