Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-27 at GGMS Churetani, Sujawal District

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders for the Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-27 at GGMS Churetani, Taluka & District Sujawal. This tender covers multiple civil and water supply & sanitary works under the composite schedule of rates 2024. Items being procured: - Dismentling cement concrete reinforced - Dismentling stone masonry lime cement - Excavation in foundation and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Coursed rubble masonry - Damp proof course - Filling, watering & ramming earth under floor - P/L cement concrete solid block masonry wall - RCC work including roof slab, beams, columns - Fabrication of Tor steel reinforcement - Fixing iron/steel grills - Fixing G.I frames for doors and windows - Kail wood wrought joinery for doors and windows - Cement plastering and pointing - Cement concrete plain - Fixing marble tiles and glazed tiles - Painting and distempering - Notice board making - Water supply fittings including W.C. pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, valves - uPVC piping and mono block water pumping set The works involve comprehensive civil repairs, masonry, plastering, painting, and water supply installation at GGMS Churetani. The site is located in Sujawal district, Sindh province. Contractors must be registered with PEC in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, hold active NTN and SRB registrations, and submit all mandatory documents including bid security and affidavits on e-stamp. Technical evaluation requires minimum 70% marks based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and turnover. Bids must be submitted online via EPADs portal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Original bid security, tender fees, and affidavits must be physically submitted before the deadline at the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope. The contract period is 4 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Liquidated damages are 0.05% per day. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per work.
