Tender Description
The Police Department (AIGP EM & Development CPO, Sindh) Karachi is procuring maintenance and repair works for two government accommodation houses, House No: A-1 and House No: A-2, located at PHQ Garden Karachi. This tender covers civil, electrical, and sanitary works to restore and maintain these official residences in Karachi.
The technical scope includes cement plastering, painting, laying of colored glazed tiles and porcelain tiles, fixing doors, windows, ventilators with deodar wood frames, fiber sheet wall panels, false ceilings, and window blinds. Electrical works involve wiring for light and fan points, laying PVC insulated copper conductors in conduits, fixing electric wall bracket fans, false ceiling lights, and circuit breakers. Sanitary works include installation of sanitary tape, bathroom accessories, squatting type WC pans, muslim showers, floor traps, and lavatory basins with all necessary fittings and labor.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in similar maintenance and repair works. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to 2.5% of the estimated cost is required. The bid validity period is 90 days, and security deposit including bid security is 5.5% of the bid amount.
The deadline for submission of bids is **22-05-2026 at 11:00 AM** through the online EPADS system. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah Auditorium, Ground Floor Block-C, CPO Sindh Karachi. The contract completion time is 7 days from the written order to commence work.
