Tender Description
The 1st Buildings Division, Buildings Circle No.1 Lahore invites applications for prequalification of firms and contractors for maintenance and repair works at the Governor’s House in Lahore. This tender is specifically for contractors holding a valid PEC license renewed for the year 2026-27 with the Pakistan Engineering Council. The scope covers a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance tasks across multiple wings and facilities within the Governor’s House complex.
