Tender Description
The Punjab Buildings Department invites tenders from Engineering Firms and Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the newly introduced Punjab e-Procurement System accessible at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines.

- Maintenance & Repair to Govt Associate College for Boys at Gogera District Okara (10 months completion, estimated cost Rs. 60,62,546/- with earnest money Rs. 3,03,128/-)
- Modernizing Agriculture Extension Services in Punjab (One at Chah Macchian Wala Mouza Dhota Near Bangla Gogera Tehsil & District Okara) (10 months completion, estimated cost Rs. 35,30,372/- with earnest money Rs. 1,76,519/-)
The scope includes maintenance and repair works for educational infrastructure and modernization of agriculture extension services in the specified locations within Okara district. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and provide a valid PEC license copy. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical instruments like CDRs will be accepted.
