Renovation, Refurbishment and Allied Civil Works for Public Procurement Regulatory Authority

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works related to Renovation, Refurbishment and Allied Civil Works under contract reference P88699. The procurement is for civil works at the PPRA office located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Renovation works - Refurbishment works - Allied civil works The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, which can be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration as per the specified format. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 11, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
