Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System website. A scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or original receipt of Earnest Money at 5% of the estimated cost is required, payable through any scheduled bank in the name of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mianwali. Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the bid opening day. Bidders are advised to attend the office of the Commissioner, Sargodha Division, on 27.08.2026 at 11:00 AM for bid retrieval and quoting. The tender opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM. False information or fake CDRs will lead to disqualification and legal action. Successful bidders must furnish a 10% Performance Guarantee within 15 days.
