Maintenance & Repair Works at Muhammad Kamdar Amro, Taluka & District Sujawal 2026-27

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders on Composite Schedule of Rate 1 (CSR) 2024 from interested contractors/firms for the Maintenance & Repair Programme for the year 2026-2027 at Muhammad Kamdar Amro, Taluka & District Sujawal. This tender covers multiple works including dismantling, excavation, masonry, RCC work, steel reinforcement, joinery, plastering, painting, sanitary fittings, and water supply installations. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete and masonry - Excavation and refilling - Cement concrete and rubble masonry - Damp proof course - Block masonry walls - RCC work including beams, slabs, columns - Fabrication and fixing of tor steel reinforcement - Fixing iron/steel grills and GI frames for doors and windows - Woodwork for doors and windows - Cement plastering and pointing - Cement concrete plain and flooring with marble and glazed tiles - Painting and distempering - Sanitary fittings including WC pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, valves, and uPVC piping - Supply and fixing of mono block water pumping set The works require PEC registration in CE-09 & CE-10 categories for works above Rs. 4 million, active NTN and SRB registration, valid CNICs of owners, and submission of an authenticated affidavit on e-stamp confirming no blacklisting. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost and tender fees of Rs. 3,000 per work are mandatory. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with bids submitted online through the EPADs portal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Original bid security, tender fees, and affidavits must be submitted physically before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Technical evaluation requires a minimum 70% score based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capacity, and turnover. The contract period is 4 months with a bid validity of 90 days.
