The works are to be completed within 4 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and SRB registration, valid CNICs of owners, submission of original bid security (5% of estimated cost) and tender fees via pay order, and an authenticated affidavit on e-stamp confirming no blacklisting or litigation. Technical evaluation requires a minimum 70% score based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and turnover. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADs portal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Late submissions will not be accepted. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per work. Bid validity is 90 days. Liquidated damages are 0.05% per day of contract price.
