Tender Description
The College Education Works Division Hyderabad is procuring maintenance and repair works for the Govt. Boys Degree College Kohisar located in Hyderabad District under the M & R Program 2025-2026. This tender covers a comprehensive scope of civil works including dismantling cement concrete, removing plaster, applying floating cement coats, brick work, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, cement plastering, scraping distemper, fixing metal mesh, laying topping cement concrete, waterproofing membrane application, joinery works, painting, iron grill fixing, and distempering. The estimated cost of this tender is **PKR 1.273 Million** with a completion period of 2 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the financial year 2025-26 and must be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Experience of at least three similar works in the last three years with satisfactory completion certificates is required. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes by **04-05-2026 at 10:00 AM** at the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad, Banglow No.204 Behind Beacon House Qasimabad Phase-II Hyderabad. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later and communicated via the portal. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents including PEC registration, FBR and SRB certificates, affidavits, and financial statements are complete and valid to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
