The works are to be completed within 4 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and SRB registration, valid CNICs of owners, submission of original bid security (5% of estimated cost) and tender fees via pay order, and submission of technical profile and proposal as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADs portal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Original bid security, tender fees, and other relevant documents must be physically submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later as communicated via EPADs. The procurement method is Single Stage, Two Envelope. Earnest money is 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per work payable via pay order. The bid validity period is 90 days. Liquidated damages are 0.05% per day of contract price.
