The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders for the Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-27 for District Sujawal at various GBPS locations including Abdullah Jat Jati, Nabi Bux Chang Jati, Haji Khamiso Chandio, Muhammad Khan Zour, Muhammad Wangai Shah, Luqman Mandhrio, Peerano Khan Chandio, Arab Lothio, Suleman Kehrai, Allah Bachayo Bhatti, Sawan Khoso, Muhammad Kamdar Amro, Barraige Colony, and Churetani. Items being procured: - Maintenance & Repair works at 14 GBPS units in Sujawal district - Civil works including dismantling, excavation, masonry, RCC, plastering, painting, and finishing - Water supply and sanitary fittings including installation of W.C. pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, valves, uPVC piping, and water pumping sets The scope covers comprehensive civil and sanitary repair works as per Composite Schedule of Rates 2024. Contractors must be registered with PEC in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million. Active NTN and SRB registration with valid tax returns are mandatory. Bidders must submit an authenticated affidavit on e-stamp confirming no blacklisting and correctness of documents. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit and tender fees of Rs. 3,000 per work must be submitted physically before the closing deadline. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with technical and financial bids submitted online via EPADs portal. Original bid security, tender fees, and affidavits must be submitted physically to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 am the same day. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later. Bidders must regularly monitor the EPADs portal for updates. Eligibility requires PEC registration, NTN, SRB registration, valid CNICs, and submission of all mandatory documents. Technical evaluation requires minimum 70% marks based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capacity, and turnover. No joint ventures allowed. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day apply for delays. The contract period is 4 months with a 90-day defect liability period. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare bids as incomplete or conditional tenders will be rejected. Earnest money and tender fees must be in the form of pay orders in favor of Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time without assigning reasons.
