The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders on Composite Schedule of Rate 1 (CSR) 2024 from interested contractors/firms for the Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-27 at District Sujawal specifically for GBPS Muhammad Khan Zour, Taluka Mirpur Bathoro. This tender covers multiple works including dismantling stone masonry, excavation, cement concrete, rubble masonry, RCC work, steel reinforcement, iron grills, G.I. frames for doors and windows, joinery, plastering, painting, and flooring works. The works are to be completed within 4 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and SRB registration, valid CNICs of owners/proprietors, submission of original bid security (5% of estimated cost) and tender fees in the form of pay order, and an authenticated affidavit on e-stamp confirming no blacklisting or litigation. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with technical and financial bids submitted online via EPADs portal. Original bid security, tender fees, and other relevant documents must be submitted physically before the closing deadline. Technical proposals will be evaluated on professional experience, project experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and turnover with a passing score of 70%. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per work. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. In case of holiday or non-availability of committee members, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. If bids are un-responded, the next deadline is 07-12-2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders are advised to regularly monitor the EPADs portal for updates. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of bids as per SPPRA Rule No. 25. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including original bid security and tender fees are submitted physically before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully fill and sign each page of the bidding documents and upload all required documents on EPADs portal timely.
