The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal invites sealed e-Bids/tenders on Composite Schedule of Rate 1 (CSR) 2024 from interested contractors/firms for the Maintenance & Repair Programme 2026-2027 in District Sujawal at various GBPS locations including Nabi Bux Chang, Taluka Jati. The works are to be completed within 4 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in appropriate categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and SRB registration, valid CNICs of owners, submission of bid security (5% of estimated cost) in the form of Call Deposit, and authenticated affidavits on e-stamp confirming non-blacklisting and correctness of documents. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and turnover with a minimum passing score of 70%. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADs portal before 10:00 am on 16-11-2026. Original bid security, tender fees, e-stamp affidavits, and other relevant documents must be physically submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 am on the same day. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later as communicated via EPADs. The bid validity period is 90 days. Tender fees are Rs. 3,000 per work. Earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost. Liquidated damages are 0.05% per day of contract price. No joint ventures allowed. Canvassing is strictly prohibited. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of bids.
