Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Shaheed Benazir Abad invites bids for the maintenance and repair works at the Rural Health Center Punhal Khan Chandio located in Taluka Sakrand District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. This procurement is specifically for civil, sanitary, water supply, and electrification works at the health center site. The scope includes removing and applying plaster, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, brick facing, iron grill fixing, steel grated doors, floor laying, UPVC and aluminum channel framing for doors and windows, sanitary fittings, and painting works.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar works and financial capacity to handle projects of this scale is required. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 28.68 Million** with a bid security of 5% amounting to **PKR 1,434,000**. Bids must be submitted by **9:30 AM on 20th May 2026** at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division at Khoja Garden Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
Bidders should ensure that their bids include all required documents including earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). One original plus thirteen copies of the bid must be submitted. The contract completion period is up to June 2026.
