The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for repair and maintenance works of various Federal Government (FG) educational institutions located at Khan Cantt and Khan Gantt. These works include repair and maintenance of FG Public Schools for Boys and Girls, FG Degree Colleges for Women and Men, Junior Public Schools, and other related facilities within the cantonment areas. The works are to be executed at multiple FG educational and military facilities within the cantonment areas of Khan Cantt and Khan Gantt. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and to be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, and D with relevant experience. Contractors must submit complete credentials as per the specified format and provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding inspection reports against them. Applications must be submitted to the accepting officer by 1130 Hrs on 16 November 2026. The technical bids will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same day.
