Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for a comprehensive set of repair and maintenance works across its hospitals, directorates, circles, and dispensaries in Sindh. The works are spread across Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Kotri, Landhi, Korangi, and Mirpurkhas, covering both civil and specialized maintenance requirements for healthcare facilities under SESSI's administration. Items being procured: - Dismantling work of Residential Single room flats at staff colony SSKV Hospital (Rs. 8.40 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Site Circle Office (Rs. 5.97 Million) - Establishing of Emergency Exit Stair Case SESSI Head Office (Rs. 6.10 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Site West Directorate Karachi (Rs. 8.48 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Landhi Hospital T.O.W (Rs. 4.36 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Landhi Circle (Compound Wall) (Rs. 1.34 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Korangi Circle & Accommodations No. 5½ (Rs. 8.43 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Kidney Center Landhi (Admin Block, Dialysis Ward & R/O Water) (Rs. 4.65 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Fatima Jinnah Medical Center under Site Circle (Rs. 10.05 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Hyderabad Directorate (Rs. 5.16 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Kotri City Dispensary under Kotri Circle (Rs. 3.29 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Kotri Hospital main building (Rs. 8.50 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Ketri Directorate Office (Rs. 9.56 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Kotri Circle (Rs. 5.16 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Kotri City Dispensary under Kotri Circle (Rs. 3.29 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Mirpurkhas Dispensary under Hyderabad Circle (Rs. 8.50 Million) - Repair/Maintenance work of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle (Rs. 10.00 Million) The technical scope includes civil repairs, structural maintenance, emergency exit construction, compound wall repairs, dialysis ward upgrades, and general facility improvements. All works must comply with SESSI's technical specifications and standards for healthcare infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and provide Earnest Money as specified in the tender documents. Bid documents can be obtained from the SESSI website or through the ePADS portal. The deadline for submission of bids is 18 November 2026, with bid opening scheduled the same day. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as per the instructions in the tender notice.
