All works must be completed within a 12-month period from the date of award. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified for each lot, along with a tender fee. Only contractors registered with the Sindh Education Works Department and on the active FBR/ATL list are eligible. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is mandatory. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tando Allahyar, no later than 05:00 PM on 08-12-2026. The opening of bids will take place at 09:30 AM on the same day.
