Maintenance and Repair of Sindh Secretariat Building No-VI (Old State Bank) Karachi

The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for the maintenance and repair works of Sindh Secretariat Building No-VI (Old State Bank) located in Karachi. Items being procured include: - Providing and fixing doors, windows, and ventilators of first class deodar wood frames and teak wood ply shutters - Installation of approved quality door closers - Supply and fixing of handle locks - Removal of debris from Sindh Secretariat Buildings including collection, disposal, and transportation - Fabrication and fixing of wooden cabinets with laminated lassani sheet and partal wood framework - Installation of false ceiling gypsum board panels with aluminum framing - Providing and fixing lavatory basins, European type W.C. pans with accessories - Supply and fixing of UPVC pipes, specials, clamps, and fittings - Installation of concealed stop cocks, tee-stop cocks, bib-cocks, and muslim showers - Supply and fixing of sanitary fittings and flush tanks - Provision of summer motor pumps and rewinding of mono block motor pumps - Boring for tube well up to 100 ft depth with casing pipe The technical scope includes civil works, water supply and sanitation, and facility management services at the Sindh Secretariat premises. Bidders must have valid PEC registration where applicable, NTN, and FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is required, which will be converted into performance guarantee after successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement.
