Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing RCC Sewer Lines and Providing Paver Block in Various Colonies of Nawabshah City under Improvement of Sewerage Scheme Part-5

This tender notice invites bids from eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories CE-09 and CE-10 for the work of providing, laying, jointing and testing RCC sewer lines and providing paver block in various colonies of Nawabshah City under the Improvement of Sewerage Scheme, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Part-5). The procuring agency is the Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad located at Jam Sahib Road, Nawabshah. Items being procured: - Providing, laying, jointing & testing RCC sewer lines - Providing paver block in various colonies of Nawabshah City The technical scope includes excavation, laying of RCC pipes of various diameters, construction of catch pits, desilting of sewer lines, and paver block flooring as per the detailed bill of quantities. The work period is 24 months. Contractors must have PEC registration for 2026-27 in relevant categories, valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must submit earnest money of 5% of bid cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Bidders quoting more than 20% below estimated cost will be rejected. Additional performance security is required if bid price is more than 15% below estimated cost.
