Maintenance and Repair to Sindh Secretariat Building II (Tughlaq House) Karachi - Sanitary and Civil Works

The Provincial Buildings Division-II, Sindh Secretariat Karachi, invites bids for the maintenance and repair works at Sindh Secretariat Building II (Tughlaq House) Karachi. Items being procured: - Installation of approved quality door closers (10 Nos) - Laying floors of approved colored glazed tiles 1/4" thick (268 Sft) - Laying floor of approved glazed tiles dado 1/4" thick (52.20 Sft) - Cleaning and decontamination of underground/overhead water tanks including chemical treatment (11812.50 Gallon) - Installation of fine quality roller type blinds with steel angle fixing (157.68 Sft) - Fixing of door locks (30 Nos) - Removal of debris from Sindh Secretariat Buildings (10 Jobs) - Fabrication and fixing of wooden cabinets with shutters and shelves - Providing and fixing UPVC pipes and fittings of various diameters including 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", and 4" dia pipes - Installation of sanitary fittings including double bib cocks, Muslim showers, tee cocks, bib cocks, pillar cocks, flush tanks, commode seat covers, and earthenware European commodes - Supply and fixing of UPVC water supply pipes of various diameters - Installation of summer motor pump and mono block motor pump set - Boring for tube well up to 100 ft depth including casing pipe sinking and withdrawal The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the works as per specifications and directions of the Engineer Incharge. The site is located at Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid registration with FBR and PEC where applicable.
