Maintenance and Repair to Sindh Secretariat Building No-I Karachi Including Window Blinds, UPVC Pipes, Bath Accessories and Allied Works

The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for maintenance and repair works to Sindh Secretariat Building No-I Karachi. The scope includes fixing window blinds, supplying and fixing UPVC pipes, bath accessories, and other allied works. Items being procured: - Supplying and fixing window printed blinds (Horizontal/Vertical) with approved color and accessories - Providing and fixing approved quality door closers - Providing and fixing doors, windows, and ventilators of first class deodar wood frames with teak wood ply shutters - Supplying and fixing bathroom accessories set (7 pieces) including towel rod, brush holder, soap tray, shelf - Providing and fixing 24"x18" lavatory basins with all fittings - Providing UPVC pipes of various diameters (1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", 4") including fittings and clamps - Providing and fixing European type white glazed earthenware wash down W.C. pans with plastic seats and flushing cisterns - Supplying and fixing C.P. muslim showers with bib cocks and ring pipes - Supplying and fixing C.P. bib cocks (standard pattern) - P/F wooden cabinets with shutters and shelves using laminated sheet and partal wood - Repairing 7.5-HP motor with section pump and rewinding - Repair of 2.5-ton A.C. including fixing copper pipes and gas charging - Supplying and fixing wooden foot stands, drawer locks, drawer railings, mainhole covers, urinal basins, door locks, commode seat covers, sanitary fittings, pillar cocks, flush tanks, tower bolts, light plugs, power plugs, multi sockets, LED tube lights and spot lights, double bib cocks The technical scope covers civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works at the Sindh Secretariat site. The contract duration is three months from the date of commencement. Bidders must have valid PEC registration where applicable, NTN registration, and provide 5% bid security which will convert to performance guarantee upon award. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from bills. Bids must be submitted by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM to the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Sindh Secretariat Karachi. The bid opening will be held at the same date and venue.
