Maintenance and Repair Works at Sindh Secretariat No. II (Tughlaq House) Karachi Including Painting, Window Blinds, Wooden Cabinets, Bathroom Sanitary Fittings, UPVC Pipes and Other Works

The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for maintenance and repair works at Sindh Secretariat No. II (Tughlaq House) Karachi. The scope includes coloring, painting, installation of window blinds, wooden cabinets, bathroom sanitary fittings, UPVC pipes and fittings, and other related works. Items being procured: - Scraping and painting of walls with matt finish paint - Supplying and fixing window printed blinds (horizontal/vertical) - Fixing approved quality door closers - Supplying and fixing bathroom accessories set (7 pieces) - Providing and fixing lavatory basins - Providing and fixing beveled edge mirrors - Providing UPVC pipes and fittings of various diameters - P/F wooden cabinets with laminated sheets and hardware - Fixing door locks, sanitary fittings including bib cocks, showers, stop cocks, pillar cocks - Repairing 7.5-HP motor with section pump - Fixing draws/cabinet locks and railings - Fixing tower bolts of different sizes - Providing glazed earthenware urinal basins with automatic flush tanks - Installation of LED tube lights and spotlights of various sizes - Fixing light and power plugs, multi sockets - Providing mainhole covers (cast iron) - Wooden partitions with laminated sheets and polishing - UPVC fittings including elbows, tees, sockets, traps, and Y-tees - UPVC floor trap jali or top tile size 6"x6" The technical scope covers civil, sanitary, electrical, and carpentry works at the specified government building. The contractor must ensure quality workmanship and materials as per specifications and complete the work within three months from the written order to commence. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration where applicable, NTN/FBR registration, and submission of 5% bid security which will convert to performance guarantee upon award. Bids must be submitted by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Sindh Secretariat Karachi.
