The works are to be completed within 30 to 60 days depending on the specific item. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid PEC certificate renewed for 2026-27 with specialization code CE-10, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), provide income tax returns for the last three years, and be registered for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bidders must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature with successful completion certificates within the last ten years. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 20-08-2026 up to 11:30 AM.
