Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders under the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for maintenance and repair works in Peshawar. The works include maintenance and repair of the Maternity Hospital Peshawar and special repair works to Race Course Garden Bungalow No. 25, Peshawar, as well as special repair to Quarter No. 03-C, 04-C, 06-C, 10-C and 26-C at Civil Colony Kohat Road Peshawar including SH-Civil and electrification work for the year 2026-27.

The technical scope covers civil maintenance and repair works along with electrical works at specified locations in Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with PEC category C4 and above for the first work and must comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration requirements. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS system with technical and financial bids submitted electronically. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement within 28 days of letter acceptance.
The deadline for submission of bids is 25th February 2022 at 10:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system addressed to the Executive Engineer Maintenance-II Division, Peshawar. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed instructions and ensure all required documents including PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, enlistment certificates, CNIC copies, and technical staff CVs are included.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security and tender fee are submitted as per instructions to avoid disqualification.
